Nei, det er faktisk ikke Taylor Swift.
I år er det ingen ringere enn SZA, som stikker av med hele ni Grammy-nominasjoner.
Men det skal sies at Taylor ligger hakk i hel med seks nominasjoner. Hun blir også historisk – igjen – som låtskriveren med flest Grammy-nominasjoner i kategorien Årets sang. Denne gangen for «Anti-Hero». I tillegg står hun nå likt med Barbra Streisand som artistene med flest Årets album-nominasjoner, ettersom Midnights er blant de nominerte.
Det er derimot ikke bare Taylor Swift som skaper litt historie. Miley Cyrus og hennes far Billy Ray Cyrus, blir den tredje forelder og barn-duoen som nomineres til Årets låt med «Flowers».
I tillegg er Billie Eilish den første artisten før fylte 22 år som har å mottatt flest Årets låt-nominasjoner. Nå som Barbie-sangen «What Was I Made For?» nomineres har artisten fire nominasjoner i kategorien.
Videre blir også Olivia Rodrigo den første artisten siden Billie Eilish som får Grammy-nominasjoner i de tre største kategoriene med sine to første album.
Grammy Awards 2024 blir – som du kanskje allerede forstår – et sterkt år for kvinnelige artister.
Kvinnelige soloartister står for seks av åtte nominasjoner i to av de største kategoriene – årets låt og årets album.
Hvis Taylor vinner årets album, blir hun den første personen i historien til å vinne fire årets album-priser.
Men mannfolka er ikke helt utelatt.
Drake er ikke fan av Grammy Awards og melder ikke på musikken sin for vurdering. Men via sine collabos med 21 Savage nomineres Drizzy og 21 i kategoriene beste rapfremførelse og rapalbum.
I sistnevnte nomineres også Utopia av Travis Scott.
Kendrick Lamar nomineres også i kategorien årets musikkvideo for «Count Me Out», og Troy Sivan nomineres for «Rush» i samme kategori.

Igjen hylles Jon Batiste for årets album. Selv om hans veldig mid World Music Radio tok 104. plass på Billboard 200. Men Grammys’ er et CBS-show, og Jon var musikksjef for The Late Show with Stephen Colbert på CBS i syv sesonger.
