HEIA? (HBO)
Det føles som 11 år siden sist vi titten innom gjengen i Westeros og omegn, men Game of Thrones har på ingen måte mistet populariteten av den grunn. Torsdag ettermiddag norsk tid ble årets Emmy-nominasjoner lest opp, og HBO-gullgruven er nok en gang favoritt med 22 potensielle priser.
Seriens siste seks episoder sendes ikke før i 2019. En mager trøst er at HBO har gitt grønt lys til et nytt show i samme univers, skapt sammen med GoT-forfatter George R. R. Martin. Serien skal utforske tiden før Game of Thrones-karakterene vi kjenner ble født.
Hakk i hæl på Game of Thrones finner vi Westworld og Saturday Night Live, som begge får 21 nominasjoner.
Millie Bobby Brown (14) er igjen nominert for sin suverene rolle som Eleven i Stranger Things.
I 17 år har giganten HBO (45) vært kanalen med flest Emmy-nominasjoner. Men til tross for GoT-boost tar babyen Netflix over førsteplassen med 112 nominasjoner mot HBOs 108. Netflix startet med sitt egen innhold i 2012 via Lilyhammer.
